She takes care of the claims

The lady was kind, compassionate and most understanding. She takes care of the claims. You are lucky to have her as an employee. Too bad there aren’t more around like her. She’s a gem.

Impressed by her caring

I want you to know what a kind, understanding lady you have working for you. From the first time I contacted Mrs. B I was impressed by her caring…. She is indeed a rare lady at a time when most people are too busy to care.
