William J. Neugroschel – Bill is the CEO of United Security joining President and Founder Ron Landes and the other members of the company’s senior management team. He has almost 32 years of experience in senior products, financial services, and managed care. Bill holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. As a community volunteer, he is currently chairperson of the board of directors of the Affiliated Sante Group, a Maryland-based non-profit provider of behavioral care services. Bill is proud to be a part of the new partnership between CMS, Coventry CareLink and United Security and looks forward to bringing new and innovative health and LTC products to you and your clients. He and his spouse Cynthia, who works for the Federal Medicare Program, have two daughters and live in Ellicott City, Maryland.
Robert B. Haldeman – Bob is the President and CEO of United Security Assurance, Inc., the parent company of United Security and serves on the boards of the companies. He has over 37 years in the financial services market focusing on the needs and challenges of the senior population. He is married to Gail, former Vice President of Marketing for Coventry CareLink, and together they have raised three sons, seven grandchildren, and reside in the Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.
Cecelia M. Zbyszinski, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of the Claim Department has more than 41 years experience in insurance company operations. Ceil started part time with United Security in July 1983 and held multiple positions over the years. She was a member of the Board of Directors for 25 years until her semi-retirement in 2007. She and her husband, John have been married for 42 years and have one son and two grandsons.
Martha Stephens is Vice President of Operations for United Security and has been in that position since 1992. The following year she was elected to the Board of Directors. Some of Martha’s current responsibilities include: keeping the company in compliance with State and Federal insurance laws; overseeing day-to-day company operations; and as a liaison with our consultants, actuaries and the state insurance departments. Prior to joining United, Martha held senior positions at a local long term care insurance company. Martha’s willingness “to do whatever it takes to get the job done”, has contributed to making United Security a leader within the long term care insurance marketplace.
Sandra Kegley, Sandi is the Controller & Treasurer of United Security. She is also the Treasurer for United Security Assurance Company Inc. Sandi is a graduate of the University of Delaware and obtained her MBA from Wilmington University in 2001. Sandi has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career with Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company, in Newark, DE which later merged with Nationwide. She is married to Kerry and they reside in the Lehigh Valley.
